 Delivery:     3-4 weeks lead time is required so that we can have your order to you 10-14 days before your show, unless a custom logo is needed.  Custom logos add 3-4 working days. 

Stock items usually ship in 2-3 working days.

Rush:     Any order needed in 5 working days or less. Please contact our Order Department for a definite commitment.  There will be a 10% ($5.00 minimum) rush   charge plus any extra shipping charges.

Shipping:     UPS Ground, 3 day, 2 Day Air, or 1 Day Air unless you specify otherwise.  All shipping costs are added to your invoice.

Terms:     All prices FOB Shelbyville, Tennessee.  Orders will be sent open account for school & established agencies.  Other organizations may open an account by completing a  credit application.  All other orders will be shipped COD on UPS.  Open accounts are net 30 days from date of invoice.  All accounts which become 60 past due will be placed on COD basis until account is up to date.  All prices subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order:     Custom ribbons $25.00 anything under this will incur a $5.00 set up charge.

Extra Charges:     Prices quoted for ribbons include a normal one time set up printing on your ribbon streamers with uniform copy (i.e. event name, date & award).  Classes printed on ribbons for an extra $.35 per ribbon.  Any change of type other than above will be a $5.00 set up charge per change.  Vertical Printing $7.00 - $10.00 extra per change.

Button Designs:     Under the area of ribbons there is a specific list of the logos we have for button designs.  If we don't have your specific logo there is a one time set up charge of $35.00.  There after we will have your logo available at no charge.

Guarantee:     We guarantee every item listed as represented.  Nothing but the best materials and workmanship goes into every item we make.  The merchandise shown in the catalog is custom made and cannot be returned for credit.  Any errors on our part will be given speedy attention.  All claims on merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  No return goods accepted unless authorized in writing.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any stock items returned.
