How do I place an order and how long does it take?

You can order online, by fax, over the phone, or by mail.  We will not be responsible for errors on telephone orders!!  

Stock Items ship within 2 days.  For custom printing on ribbons we suggest that orders be placed at least 4 weeks before your event date, so that you can have your order 10-14 days before your event.  A one week lead time is required for trophies.  Crystal & Acrylic awards require a 4 week lead time.

Can I place a rush order ?

Yes, we do all we can to accommodate rush orders.  Rush orders (with 500 ribbons or less)  requiring shipment or pickup in 7 working days days or less will be charged the greater amount of 5% or $15.  Orders with over 500 ribbons require 10 working days - if less than that rush fees will be charged. Rush orders will incur air shipping charges.

How much are printing charges ?

Most printing is included in the price of the ribbon.  If the order is less than $25 there is a $5 set up fee.  Classes printed on ribbons are $.35 per ribbon extra.  Also there is a $5 - $8 set up fee for vertical printing.

Is there a logo set up fee ?

Yes.  There is a minimum artwork fee of $35 for a logo for ribbons, crystal, acrylic & plaques.  You must submit a black & white slick of the artwork or a CD or 3.5" disk with the best and clearest copy of your design.  We can ONLY accept BMP, JPEG, GIF, EPS, or TIFF files.

Does L&M Awards offer any discounts ?

Yes.  If you order 500+ ribbons, we give you a 10% discount on the  ribbons only.  Also we give a 10% discount to all 4-H Clubs.

Can I duplicate my last order ?

Yes.  We keep detailed records of all orders placed within the last 5 years: therefore, customer service can easily take your order over the phone.  To duplicate a non L&M Awards ribbon, please phone the office before mailing the sample.  We will give you a quote on the cost of duplication once we receive the sample.

How do you ship orders?

We ship UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 1 Day Air depending on the delivery requirements.

Can I return any left over ribbons ?

Yes, but ONLY for your next show.  We will replace any dated streamers for a nominal fee.
